To share the joy in the world around us through words and the creation of fun and whimsical works of art.

​We are Bruce and Anne, and we are the author and illustrator of, Cheerful Lovely Chickadee. We live in Wisconsin where we drew inspiration for this book from the wildlife around us in our own backyard.

Bruce is a physician and a self taught writer whose keen observances of nature and life, combined with a natural gift for putting thoughts and words together, brought this book into being.

Anne is a designer and an illustrator who has been drawing and creating art all her life. Anne has been an artist in residence at several local schools and holds a certificate in children's book illustration from the SVSLearn Children's Book Pro Course.
